Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Pricelyzer is operated by Lookfar Analytics Inc., a British Columbia corporation headquartered in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada. This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and lists conduct that is prohibited on Pricelyzer. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account without refund.

2. You must not abuse the platform

  • No scraping, mirroring, or bulk re-export of Pricelyzer data outside the documented APIs and CSV exports.
  • No automated tooling that bypasses Pricelyzer's pacing or cooldown windows or that simulates multiple human operators from a single account.
  • No credential sharing across individuals or teams beyond the single business entity that licensed the account.
  • No interference with the security or integrity of Pricelyzer or its infrastructure providers, including but not limited to attempting to access another account, probing for vulnerabilities without prior coordination, or interfering with rate-limiting controls.

3. You must not violate third-party terms

  • You must comply with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, the Amazon SP-API Developer Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Protection Policy that apply to your seller account.
  • You must respect store terms of use when interacting with store product pages via the Pricelyzer Browser Extension or via outbound affiliate links.
  • You must not use Pricelyzer to facilitate violations of any third-party terms of service or third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Browser extension restrictions

  • The Pricelyzer Browser Extension is for Google Chrome only.
  • The extension may be activated only on Amazon storefronts and the maintained allowlist of supported store product pages.
  • No use via automation, scripting, headless browsers, or browser-automation frameworks.
  • No derivative works, repackaging, or redistribution of the extension.
  • No harvesting of store data for resale or republication via the extension.
  • Respect robots.txt and any explicit store opt-out signals.

5. Affiliate redirect restrictions

  • No manipulation, scripting, or auto-clicking of the affiliate redirect endpoint.
  • No bots, headless browsers, or click-fraud tooling that generates non-human clicks.
  • No publishing, sharing, or republishing the affiliate redirect endpoint outside the Pricelyzer surfaces.
  • Affiliate fraud is fraud against Pricelyzer and its affiliate partners. Accounts engaged in affiliate fraud will be terminated and may be reported to the relevant partner.

6. Tool usage restrictions

  • Burst-mode abuse, cooldown circumvention, or any attempt to defeat pacing controls is prohibited.
  • One Pricelyzer account per individual or business entity. Multiple accounts operated by the same person to evade pacing, trials, or other limits is prohibited.
  • Use of Pricelyzer to reverse-engineer Amazon's fee-estimation logic or any confidential third-party data outside the contractual scope is prohibited.

7. Harmful or illegal use

You must not use Pricelyzer to facilitate, plan, or carry out:

  • Money laundering or sanctions evasion.
  • Consumer fraud, including counterfeit-goods sales.
  • Trafficking in counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise unlawful goods.
  • Intellectual-property infringement, including infringing brand packaging, copyrighted images, or trademarked listings.
  • Targeting of minors with advertising or sourcing activity, or collection of data from minors.

8. Enforcement

We may issue warnings, throttle your account, suspend access, or terminate the account without refund for serious or repeated violations. We will exercise reasonable judgement and where possible give you the opportunity to remediate before terminating.
