Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a Pricelyzer account, installing the Pricelyzer Browser Extension, or using any part of the Pricelyzer cockpit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

"Pricelyzer," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lookfar Analytics Inc., a British Columbia corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pricelyzer. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. The service

Pricelyzer is a cross-store product comparison platform with paid sourcing tools for Amazon sellers. The currently available tools are:

  • Searchpad— single-product lookup across 35,000+ stores. The cross-store comparison view is free; Searchpad Pro adds the Amazon Buy Box, your account's fee estimates, listing eligibility, and net profit on every resolved row.
  • Bulk Sourcing— batch evaluation of up to 10,000 identifiers per job, scored against your seller account. Pro feature.
  • Brand Scanner— surface a brand's entire Amazon catalog with your profitability thresholds applied. Pro feature.
  • Ungate Checker— per-condition Amazon listing-eligibility checks for your account, in bulk. Pro feature.
  • Price Tracker— watch up to 1,000 products across stores for a target price, ROI floor, or profit floor, with email alerts. Pro feature.
  • Sourcing Lists— named shortlists that keep each row's pricing, fees, and profit and re-check on demand. Included with every plan.
  • Browser Extension— Chrome. The cross-store comparison (“universal”) mode is free; the Amazon seller surfaces (“Pro mode”) require a Pro subscription.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give material notice of significant changes to live, paid features.

4. Amazon Selling Partner API authorisation

Pro features that integrate with Amazon Seller Central operate by your OAuth authorisation through the Amazon Selling Partner API. You are responsible for complying with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, the SP-API Developer Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Protection Policy for Personal Information that apply to your seller account. You can revoke Pricelyzer's SP-API access at any time from Seller Central. Pricelyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

5. Fee and pricing data disclaimer

Fee estimates, profitability calculations, and store prices shown in Pricelyzer are estimates and may not reflect current Amazon fee schedules, store pricing, taxes, promotional discounts, or fulfilment surcharges. Always verify in Seller Central before purchasing inventory. Pricelyzer does not provide investment, tax, legal, or business advice; sourcing decisions are your responsibility.

6. Affiliate links and disclosure

Some outbound store links on Pricelyzer are affiliate links. When you buy through one of them, Pricelyzer may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This disclosure is provided to be clear and conspicuous in keeping with the US Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on disclosing material connections (16 CFR Part 255).

Affiliate commissions do not influence how offers are ordered: the lowest in-stock offer ranks first, whether or not a link pays a commission. Links that pay a commission may be identified as sponsored in the interface. Pricelyzer is not an Amazon Associates participant and earns no commission from Amazon links.

7. Usage limits and fair use

  • Pro has no daily or monthly usage caps. Run as many Searchpad lookups, Bulk Sourcing jobs, Brand Scanner scans, and Ungate checks as you want.
  • The only size limits are per run: Bulk Sourcing accepts up to 10,000 identifiers per job and Price Tracker watches up to 1,000 products. Large submissions are paced automatically — within the Amazon Selling Partner API's published rate limits — to keep the service reliable for everyone.
  • The free and anonymous tiers have daily allowances (for example, the AI assistant and anonymous searches), shown in-app; creating a free account removes the anonymous search cap. Pricelyzer may revise free-tier allowances from time to time.
  • Sharing credentials to circumvent limits, or running automated tooling against Pricelyzer, is a breach of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Subscription and billing

  • Pro plan. US$24.99 per month, billed monthly in advance. No payment method is required to start the 7-day free trial. We do not collect or store card details until you choose to subscribe.
  • Free shopper tier. No card and no expiry.
  • Trial. The 7-day free trial does not auto-charge. Because no card is collected at signup, the Pro tools pause when the trial ends and the free tools keep working. You can continue using Pro at any time by adding a payment method and starting a paid subscription. We send a reminder email 1 day before the trial ends so you can decide whether to subscribe before access pauses.
  • Subscription renewal terms.In compliance with California SB-313, New York GBL §527-a, and the US Federal Trade Commission's Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), we present the subscription's material terms clearly before signup, send a reminder email at least 3 days before each renewal charge, send a 15-day notice before any price change, and provide a cancellation path no harder than signup (Settings → Billing → Cancel, or email cancel@pricelyzer.com).
  • Taxes. Posted prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where required by law, Pricelyzer collects applicable sales tax, GST, HST, VAT, or equivalent.
  • Failed payments.If a renewal payment fails, Pro access pauses right away while we email you and retry the charge on our payment processor's schedule. Access resumes automatically as soon as a retry succeeds, and the free tools keep working in the meantime. If the card ultimately cannot be charged, the subscription ends.

9. EU consumer 14-day withdrawal right

Consumers in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. To exercise this right, email payment@pricelyzer.com with subject "EU 14-day withdrawal" within 14 days of starting your paid subscription. We will refund the unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis based on time used.

10. Cancellation and data export

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel or by emailing cancel@pricelyzer.com. A voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — Pro stays active until then and no further charges are made. (If a renewal payment fails, Pro access pauses right away; see section 8.)

Export before your Pro access ends.While your subscription is active you can export results to CSV from within the tools and view your full run history. Once Pro access ends the account drops to the free tier and the Pro cockpit — including run history — is locked, so complete any in-cockpit export before then.

Request a copy at any time.Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. You can request a structured, machine-readable copy of your personal data at any time — including after cancellation — by emailing privacy@pricelyzer.com (GDPR Art. 20 portability / PIPEDA access), and we will provide it within the timelines set out in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletionis a separate action (Settings → Privacy → Delete account). It permanently removes your data after a 30-day grace period — during which signing back in cancels the deletion — except billing records, which are retained for 7 years to comply with applicable tax and accounting law.

11. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

12. Browser extension licence

Subject to these Terms, Pricelyzer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the Pricelyzer Browser Extension on Google Chrome for your own personal or business use. You may not: redistribute the extension or any modified version; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension except as permitted by law; use the extension via automation, scripting, or headless browsing; or create derivative works. The licence terminates automatically when your subscription ends or when you uninstall the extension.

13. Third-party services

Pricelyzer integrates with third-party services including the Amazon Selling Partner API, Stripe for payments, and the sub-processors listed on our Sub-processors page. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fee schedule changes, or other actions outside our control. Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms.

14. Intellectual property

Pricelyzer, the Pricelyzer name, logo, marketing site, cockpit, browser extension, codebase, designs, documentation, and aggregated data products are the property of Pricelyzer. You retain all rights in your own seller data and your own account inputs. By submitting inputs to the service, you grant Pricelyzer the limited right to process those inputs solely to operate and improve the service for you.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Pricelyzer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that fee estimates, profitability calculations, or store data will be accurate or complete. Sourcing decisions and Amazon-business outcomes are at your own risk.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Pricelyzer to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to Pricelyzer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost inventory value, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pricelyzer harmless from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any false representation made in connection with your account.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
