[ Account & sign-in ]
Account & sign-in.
From the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password" and enter your account email — we send a reset link that lets you set a new password. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam. If you signed up with Google, you can always sign in with the Google button; a password is only needed for email sign-in.
Signing in with Google uses your Google account's email address. New Google sign-ups are asked to set a password once as a backup, so you can also sign in without Google later.
Enroll from Settings → Security using any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). Once enrolled, sensitive actions ask for the current 6-digit code. You can disable it from the same place — it asks for a code one last time.
Settings → Security → Change email. We send a confirmation link to the new address; the change applies once you click it.
Settings → Privacy → Delete account. There's a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion — signing back in during that window cancels it.
[ The tools ]
Using the tools.
Paste any ASIN, UPC, product URL, or title and Searchpad finds the product across 35,000+ stores with live prices. On Pro, every resolved row adds the Amazon Buy Box, fee estimates, eligibility, and net profit — accurate for your own seller account. The free Searchpad stays free for everyone.
Paste or upload up to 10,000 ASINs or barcodes per job. Every row is scored against your account — pricing, fees, gating — and streams in as it resolves. Set your thresholds (min ROI, min profit, max BSR) in the right-hand panel and rows that fail are filtered out. Jobs keep running if you leave the page; results land in your run history.
Enter a brand and it scans the brand's whole catalog in one pass, surfacing the products that clear your thresholds. Winners can be pushed straight into Bulk Sourcing.
Checks selling eligibility for a list of products against your own account, in bulk. You can also turn on auto-check in Searchpad so every profitable row is checked automatically. Approvals can be pushed into Bulk Sourcing.
Track products individually or as lists. Configure what counts as a hit per product or per list, and get alerted when prices move to where you want them.
The free extension adds cross-store price comparison on supported store product pages — install once from the Chrome Web Store and it wakes up only on product pages. Pro mode adds the Amazon side: sourcing numbers on every Amazon product page, queue mode on search pages, and gating verdicts.
Fee estimates, net profit, ROI, and eligibility are computed for your own Amazon seller account via the Selling Partner API — not a generic guess — so they reflect what Amazon would actually charge you. They're still estimates: confirm in Seller Central before buying inventory. Pricelyzer never fabricates a missing value; if a number can't be pulled, the field is left blank rather than filled with a guess.
A blank Amazon side means we couldn't confirm a matching Amazon offer for that exact product. Cross-product matching is barcode-based and deliberately strict — we'd rather show nothing than a wrong match. It doesn't mean the product is unprofitable, only that we won't guess. Try the ASIN or UPC directly if a title didn't resolve.
Cross-store matching is exact — try the ASIN or UPC instead of a title when a title search doesn't resolve. Very generic titles can match too many products to rank reliably.
[ Your Amazon account ]
Your Amazon account & safety.
No. Your Amazon connection is strictly read-only. Pricelyzer requests only the Selling Partner API scopes needed to read fees, pricing, current offers, and listing eligibility — it never creates, edits, deletes, or reprices listings, and never touches orders or customer data.
Pricelyzer reads only the data you authorize and paces every request within Amazon's published SP-API rate limits — it never scrapes or automates against Amazon. Read-only, rate-limited Selling Partner API access is the intended, supported way to integrate with a seller account.
No. Pricelyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon, Seller Central, and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) are trademarks of Amazon.
Revoke anytime from Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → Pricelyzer → Disconnect (takes effect within 24 hours), or disconnect from Settings → Amazon SP-API in the cockpit. Tokens are also invalidated automatically when your Pro access ends.
Your account and data aren't deleted. When you cancel, Pro stays active through the period you've already paid for — export your results (CSV) and run history before then, because once Pro access ends the cockpit is locked (the free tools keep working). You can request a full machine-readable copy of your data at any time, including after cancellation, at privacy@pricelyzer.com. SP-API tokens are invalidated when Pro access ends and any Amazon-derived data is deleted within 30 days.
[ Billing & Pro ]
Billing & Pro.
7 days free with no payment method required to start. If you don't subscribe by the end, the Pro tools pause — your searches, runs, history, and SP-API connection are all preserved, and the free Searchpad keeps working.
Everything lives in Settings → Billing: start or manage the subscription ($24.99/mo), view invoices, and update your payment method.
Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep Pro through the period you've already paid for, then the account drops to free. Canceling also removes your saved card.
Pro access pauses immediately when a renewal fails. Update the payment method in Settings → Billing and access resumes with the next successful charge.
Subscriptions are cancel-anytime rather than refunded — you always keep what you've paid for through the end of the period. Statutory refund rights (for example in the EU) are honored; email cancel@pricelyzer.com.
[ Privacy & data ]
Privacy & data.
The privacy policy covers data categories, retention, and your rights in full. The short version: account data, the searches and runs you make, and billing handled by Stripe. Amazon seller data is accessed read-only via the Selling Partner API — Pricelyzer never creates, edits, or reprices listings.
You can change which cookies Pricelyzer uses at any time from the cookies page — it re-opens the consent choices.
Email privacy@pricelyzer.com for access or deletion requests, or delete your account directly from Settings → Privacy.
