Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We are committed to making the price-comparison and Amazon-sourcing workflow accessible to everyone, including users who rely on assistive technology. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across pricelyzer.com and the Pricelyzer Browser Extension. We treat accessibility as a continuing engineering responsibility, not a one-time audit.

2. Standards and testing

We test using a combination of automated and manual checks:

  • Axe (browser dev-tools and CI integration).
  • Lighthouse accessibility audits as part of pre-deploy checks.
  • Manual review of new pages and tools before release.
  • Assistive technology pairings: NVDA with Chrome on Windows, VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS, and keyboard-only navigation in Chrome and Firefox.

3. What we support

  • Keyboard navigation. All interactive controls are reachable with Tab and Shift+Tab. Visible focus rings are provided on every focusable element.
  • Screen reader support. Semantic HTML, ARIA labelling on icon-only controls, descriptive button text, and form-field labels.
  • Reduced motion.Animations honour the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting; on reduced-motion preference, micro-animations are disabled.
  • High contrast. Colour pairings meet WCAG AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
  • Resizable text. Layouts remain functional at 200% zoom on desktop.
  • Alt text. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked as such.

4. Known gaps

We disclose what is not yet accessible so you can plan around it:

  • The Bulk Sourcing results grid does not yet implement full ARIA grid semantics. Use the CSV export for screen-reader-friendly access to the data.
  • Dense card grids in some browse views may present a repetitive Tab experience. We are reworking these to use roving tabindex.
  • The Pricelyzer Browser Extension popup does not yet expose ARIA live regions for asynchronous lookup updates; status is updated visually only.
  • Some data visualisations do not yet ship with accessible-table equivalents.

5. Workarounds

  • CSV export is available on every grid-heavy view and is the recommended path for screen-reader users today.
  • NVDA and VoiceOver virtual-cursor mode is the most reliable way to navigate dense grids while we complete the roving-tabindex rework.

6. Browser extension accessibility

The Pricelyzer Browser Extension popup supports keyboard navigation and screen-reader labelling for primary controls. The known gap noted above (no ARIA live regions for asynchronous updates) is scheduled for the next extension release.

7. Feedback and support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Pricelyzer surface, please tell us. Email support@pricelyzer.com with the URL or extension screen, the assistive technology you are using, and a short description. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and target resolution of confirmed issues within 30 days.

8. Third-party content

Some interactive surfaces are provided by third parties — for example, the Stripe-hosted payment forms. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but we choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments and we keep their components configured to the most accessible defaults available.

9. Changes to this statement

We update this statement as our accessibility coverage improves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
