This policy describes the cookies Pricelyzer uses on pricelyzer.com. Pricelyzer is operated by Lookfar Analytics Inc., a British Columbia corporation headquartered in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada.
Managing your preferences
On your first visit, Pricelyzer shows a cookie consent banner that lets you accept all cookies, reject everything except strictly-necessary cookies, or pick per-category. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key pricelyzer_consent for 12 months. You can change your choice at any time by clicking — or by clearing site data, which resets the choice and re-shows the banner on your next visit.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application. They allow the site to remember your session, preferences, and interactions across page loads. Pricelyzer uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage) on pricelyzer.com.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the service to function. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under GDPR (Recital 66) or under the CCPA "operational" exemption.
- Authentication session cookie.When you sign in, Pricelyzer issues an HTTP-only, Secure session cookie that keeps you signed in across pages. Duration: session, or up to 30 days if you select "stay signed in."
pricelyzer_consent— stores your cookie-banner choice. Duration: 12 months.pricelyzer_ui— stores small UI preferences (dismissed banners, last-used tool). Not authentication-sensitive. Duration: up to 30 days.
3. Analytics
We do not load third-party client-side analytics scripts on Pricelyzer pages, and no analytics cookie is set on your browser. We keep server-side aggregates tied to an anonymised session identifier to understand how the service is used.
You may request that your account be flagged to exclude any usage telemetry by emailing privacy@pricelyzer.com with subject line "Opt out of analytics."
4. Affiliate attribution
Pricelyzer sets no third-party affiliate-attribution cookies on the pricelyzer.com domain. See the Affiliate Disclosure in our Terms of Service for details.
5. Browser extension
The Pricelyzer Browser Extension does not set cookies on any domain. It stores your last-used lookup result locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This local data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Browser controls
All modern browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Instructions for popular browsers:

- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Important:blocking Pricelyzer's authentication session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email and an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect.
